Accessibility Statement.
Webperties LLC (“Webperties,” “we” or “us”) is committed to making webperties.com (the “Site”) accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to find information, understand our work, and contact us with ease, and we continually improve the experience for all users.
Our Standard
We design and build the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. Following them also supports our commitment to the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Measures We Take
- Structure: semantic HTML, a logical heading order, and labeled page regions, so the Site works with screen readers and other assistive technologies;
- Keyboard access: every link, button, menu, and form can be used with a keyboard alone, with a “Skip to content” link and a clearly visible focus indicator that is never hidden behind the header;
- Color and contrast: text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text), and color is never the only way information is conveyed;
- Text alternatives: meaningful images and logos have descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology;
- Forms: every field has a visible label, required fields are identified, and errors are described in text;
- Motion: animations are subtle and brief, and the Site respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting by turning off non-essential movement;
- Readability and zoom: text can be resized up to 200% and pages reflow to narrow screens without loss of content or horizontal scrolling;
- Touch targets: links and controls are large enough to select easily, at least 24 by 24 pixels;
- Consistent help: contact information is available in the same place on every page; and
- Media: the Site does not play audio automatically. Any video we add will include captions.
How We Test
We evaluate the Site with automated accessibility testing tools and with manual review, including keyboard-only navigation and testing with screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA. We review the Site before major releases and periodically afterward, and we include accessibility in our design and development process.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, on desktop and mobile devices, and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and keyboard navigation. It may not display or function as intended in older browsers.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Third-party content and services, such as linked websites, embedded tools, and the Client Login portal, may be provided by others and may not fully meet our standard. We encourage those providers to meet accessibility standards and will help you access the information another way.
- Other websites in our portfolio are separate sites and are not covered by this statement.
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of the Site, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, contact us at support@webperties.com with the subject line “Accessibility.” To help us respond, please include:
- The web address (URL) of the page;
- A description of the problem you encountered; and
- The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using.
We aim to respond within two business days. Where we cannot fix an issue right away, we will provide the information or service you need through an accessible alternative, such as by email or phone.
Our Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As the Site and accessibility standards evolve, we will keep testing, training, and improving. We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the Site.
